About Jenn
I’m Jenn Wall, a nutritionist, strength coach, and creator of the Embodi App Project.
For over six years, I’ve helped hundreds of women lose fat, build muscle, and finally feel confident in a body that reflects their effort without restriction, overtraining, or settling for “good enough”.
I built this app for the woman who’s already doing the work but still feels stuck at “B+.”
